• Commission calculation and automation for various MLM compensation plans
• Real-time genealogy tree and downline management
• E-wallet and payout processing tools
• Distributor management and onboarding systems
• Mobile applications for iOS and Android
• CRM and lead management tools
• E-commerce and payment gateway integrations
• Reporting, analytics, and admin panel features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach

Each business entity may maintain only one primary account unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing with WinChainPro.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to WinChainPro's platform features is provided through paid subscription plans. Details of available plans, pricing, and features are outlined on our website and in your service agreement.

4.2 Payment

• All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

4.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST, unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment for new subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for renewals, partial months, or custom development work. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use WinChainPro only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to operate any illegal pyramid scheme or fraudulent MLM operation
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the platform to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise our services without written authorisation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the WinChainPro platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, logos, text, graphics, and documentation — are the exclusive property of WinChainPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including distributor records, commission data, and business information. By using our platform, you grant WinChainPro a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this data solely to provide and improve our services to you.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us about the platform may be used by WinChainPro without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of WinChainPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service. By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is completely secure and you use our platform at your own risk.

8. Uptime & Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Downtime may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance windows (notified in advance)
• Emergency maintenance or security patches
• Third-party service failures beyond our control
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance via email or platform notification at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WinChainPro and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain security

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will meet your specific business requirements
• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times
• Results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@winchainpro.com . Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms of Service
• You fail to pay subscription fees when due
• We are required to do so by law or court order
• We believe your use of the platform poses a security risk

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which time you may request an export of your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes amicably through direct negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
